In 1956 , Cuotai  Mining Machinery Plant was set up in  Shenyang ,  it  was a national and private joint stock.

In 1960 , the  company was  moved, it  became a national  company, it  was called Fuxin Mining Machinery Plant.

In 1979 , the  company was managed by  Construction  Machinery  Bureau. The  products were concrete mixing machinery.

In 1979 , HZS25  compulsory concrete mixing plant was first successfully developed.

In 1982 , it  became the initiative member and the council member.

In 1984 , it  took part in and performed the concrete mixing plant or tower technical conditions of the national standards GB/10172.
