In 1987,it was the organizer of the national technique introducing  project, introduced  Japan Co., Ltd. Society concrete mixing tower producing techniques.

In 1993 , HZL90  concrete mixing tower was successfully developed.

In 1998 , it  absorbed the advanced  techniques, the  concrete mixing plants and towers have their series.

In 2002 , former  Fuxin Mining Machinery Plant was reformed and Fuxin Hengtai Machinery Limited Company was set up.

In 2004 , the  company passed ISO9000 International Quality System Acceptance.

In 2005 , the  company moved to Fuxin Economic And Technical Development  Area. It  has new series of  products. One  is Hengtai exclusive technique D series of products that are suited for mixing concrete in the construction  sites, the   other  is Hengtai exclusive technique E series of products that are suited for ready-mixed concrete sites.
